The path of Oropa
The Path of Oropa can be covered on foot or by bicycle along itineraries that differ in terms of difficulty, travel times and points of interest. At the moment the Cammino della Serra is active, from Santhià to Oropa – which has the Sanctuary of Graglia as a stopping point -, the Cammino Canavesano, from Valperga to Oropa, and the CicloVia della Serra, which from Santhià reaches Oropa on a different route than to the pedestrian itinerary, largely on asphalted secondary roads.
The eastern Oropa path has also been created which leads to the Black Madonna of Oropa, starting from Valdilana following alternative paths through the Oasi Zegna and Valle Cervo: a more intense path than the classic route due to the greater differences in altitude, but always linked to the spirituality of the places.
