This project intends to valorize some productions of the mountainous territory of Biella Alps, underlining its characteristics of authenticity and quality, unique and not reconstructable in other realities. The main purpose of the project, which will last 3 years, is the creation of a chain, integrating producers with restaurateurs, with commercial operators and finally with tour operators.
