Ca ‘nel Bosco holiday farm is immersed in the tranquility of nature. Not only a farm but also a family run Holiday farm. The building is furnished in full country style, has 3 rooms, each with bathroom, with services, TV and Wi-Fi.
The restaurant is designed for 24 seats, furnished in a rustic style, in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.

The menus, simple and made with the products of the farm, offer the dishes of the great culinary traditions of northern Italy, combining the classics of Piedmontese cuisine with courses of the Trentino and Veneto tradition.
The company’s business is based on the breeding of white Saanen goats; their excellent milk produce different types of high quality cheeses, all with EEC stamp, derived from a constant research and seasonality of the added ingredients.

They are Tome millefiori, fiordilatte, with honey, with saffron, Capreggio (like Taleggio), Lattica with crust of flowers and fresh Ricotta. The salami and the bresaola of goat are added to these products. All the productions are proposed in the tasting menus and can be sold on the farm.
