In an extraordinary panoramic context, it is a small mountain farm, at 1000 meters above sea level, which raises cattle, sheep and goats, from whose milk, still milked by hand by choice, fresh and aged cheeses and yoghurt are obtained.
Except during the winter, all the animals are constantly grazing, from spring to autumn.
For the night only the cows are taken to the stable and fed with long hay.
