Bozzo Loretta Farm
For three generations they carried on the breeding of dairy and meat cattle of Alpine brown, Spotted red of the Alps, Belgian blue and Piedmontese bulls.
The animals remain outside in fields from March to November to provide excellent dairy products with raw milk that is not pasteurized.
When in the stable, they are fed with local fodder, flours, corn flakes, mineral salts – all chosen with the utmost care.
The laboratory produces pork, cow and bull salami and packs mixed-meat packages.
